Project overview
This project involves the design and execution of a tri-level condo; a 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit. Located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood in Oakland with a mix of luxury condos, and victorian homes. The goal of the project is to create a modern and Scandinavian designed home that is both functional and beautiful.
Details
The client had a affinity for a specific design detail, that made this project a fun challenge. They wanted to have the rainbow arch motif throughout the space, which I found both subtle and not so subtle ways to incorporate it.

Results
The project was a great success and was completed on time with a satisfied the client. The design plan was executed effectively, and the resulting space has exceeded expectations. The challenge was finding unique pieces within their budget, which we accomplish.
